Eclypsium, an IT infrastructure supply chain security company, announced it has raised $25 million in a strategic financing round to accelerate its growth and expand its platform capabilities. The round was led by PEAK6 Strategic Capital, with participation from a top three U.S. bank and Ten Eleven Ventures, alongside existing investors including Qualcomm Ventures, Pavilion Capital, Singtel Innov8, Sixty Degree Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and Madrona.

The funding follows a record fiscal year 2025 for Eclypsium, during which the company expanded its customer base, enhanced its technology platform, and strengthened its leadership team. The company is positioning itself to address increasing global demand for securing critical IT infrastructure and mitigating risks across complex supply chains.

Eclypsium plans to use the new capital to accelerate adoption across industries and broaden its security coverage to include emerging technologies. This includes expanded protection for edge AI devices such as secure access service edge appliances, SD-WAN systems, access points, NVIDIA Bluefield DPU-based appliances, CCTV cameras, and 5G networking equipment, as well as core AI infrastructure like GPU servers.

The company has also deepened its presence in the financial services sector, including closing its largest single customer deal, and is targeting further expansion in areas such as AI infrastructure security. Partnerships and ecosystem growth have been key drivers, including becoming a partner in the SentinelOne Singularity Marketplace and joining the NVIDIA Inception Program.

Eclypsium highlighted several achievements over the past year, including leadership hires, expanded platform capabilities, and notable threat research discoveries. These included identifying vulnerabilities in firmware and hardware systems, as well as demonstrating new attack vectors such as USB-based exploitation and webcam weaponization. The company also strengthened its channel partnerships with organizations such as SHI, World Wide Technology, Getac, and GuidePoint Security.

The company’s platform continues to focus on securing software, firmware, and hardware layers across enterprise environments, providing visibility, threat detection, and lifecycle management for critical devices.
