Edcetera, backed by Eden Capital, has acquired Pulse Radiology Institute (PRI), an online school offering an Associate of Science degree in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
This integration will combine PRI’s degree programs with Pulse Radiology Education’s clinical placement services, providing a clear pathway for aspiring and current MRI technologists. Edcetera also plans to introduce new associate degrees in allied health, including an RN to BSN program expected to launch in 2026.
Founded by Neil Huber, PRI is committed to accessible, high-quality MRI education through flexible online courses and hands-on training, while benefiting from Edcetera’s resources to enhance medical imaging career opportunities.
Advisors/support: Willkie Farr & Gallagher acted as legal advisors to Eden Capital, CohnReznick provided financial due diligence, and Tree Line Capital provided debt financing.
