Before OneDigital, Mango served as Executive Vice President and National Practice Leader for Retirement Plan Services at Alera Group. In that position, he led the expansion of the firm’s retirement plan advisory business.

Edelman Financial Engines serves more than one million clients and manages more than $300 billion in assets as of March 31, 2026. The company operates across financial planning, workplace retirement guidance, and wealth planning.

KEY QUOTES:

“For millions of Americans, their financial journey begins in the workplace. Retirement Plan Services is an important extension of our mission, helping employers deliver exceptional retirement programs while creating more pathways for individuals to engage with fiduciary advice throughout their financial lives.”

“EFE has market leading capabilities in investments, in engaging retirement plan participants and in connecting the workplace to wealth planning. The opportunity to extend and scale those capabilities to retirement plan advisers and smaller plans is significant, and we’re excited to have Christian on board to help us realize that potential.
