Edge226 Acquires AnyClip To Expand AI-Powered Cross-Channel Performance Marketing

Edge226 announced it has acquired AnyClip, an AI-powered video intelligence company built for media companies and publishers.

Edge226 is an AI-powered cross-channel performance marketing platform for mobile apps and games. The company said the acquisition strengthens its capabilities across video intelligence, AI, and monetization while accelerating its broader strategy to build a performance platform that connects marketing investment more directly to measurable business outcomes.

AnyClip brings proprietary AI technology that analyzes and understands video content at scale. This enables smarter video experiences, stronger contextual intelligence, and more effective monetization for publishers and media companies.

By combining AnyClip’s AI-powered video intelligence with Edge226’s performance infrastructure, advertiser demand, and measurement capabilities, the companies plan to deliver more advanced outcome-driven advertising solutions across CTV, in-app, rewarded, desktop, and mobile environments.

The deal also supports Edge226’s goal of helping mobile apps and games grow through transparent, outcome-driven campaigns optimized around installs, purchases, and return on ad spend.

For AnyClip, the combination is expected to expand the company’s value proposition for publishers by pairing content intelligence with Edge226’s DSP, demand relationships, and monetization capabilities. The companies also plan to accelerate investment in areas such as vertical video, in-app experiences, and new video monetization formats.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
