EducationDynamics, a higher education marketing, reputation, and enrollment management firm, announced the acquisition of Net Natives, a UK-based technology-enabled enrollment marketing agency. The deal brings together two organizations that collectively serve more than 400 institutional clients across over 50 countries, creating a combined platform focused on helping colleges and universities address enrollment, reputation, and growth challenges.
Founded more than 40 years ago, EducationDynamics has built its business around helping higher education institutions navigate enrollment management, reputation building, strategic growth, and institutional transformation. Net Natives has established itself as a global higher education marketing and technology company, known for its data-driven advertising, audience engagement, and enrollment strategy capabilities. The combined organization now brings together nearly six decades of collective higher education expertise.
The acquisition comes at a time when higher education institutions are facing significant challenges, including demographic shifts, evolving perceptions about the value of higher education, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence on how prospective students discover and evaluate schools. EducationDynamics said the combination is designed to provide institutions with a more integrated approach to growth, connecting strategy, technology, reputation management, audience engagement, and enrollment outcomes.
Under the combined model, EducationDynamics will contribute its institutional strategy and reputation expertise, along with its EDDY Intelligence platform, which uses AI and data analytics to support institutional decision-making. Net Natives adds its proprietary Akero platform, which helps institutions measure the relationship between marketing investments, student engagement, and enrollment outcomes. The companies plan to introduce integrated offerings that combine Net Natives’ technology and audience capabilities with EducationDynamics’ strategic advisory services.
EducationDynamics CEO Brent Ramdin said the higher education sector is experiencing structural changes that require new approaches to growth and institutional sustainability.
