Edward Jones is developing an AI-powered, end-to-end retirement plan management platform designed to help financial advisors serve business owners and their employees more efficiently.
The Retirement Plan Management Center is being developed in collaboration with Aboon and Retirement Plan Advisory Group, part of Great Gray Group.
Edward Jones plans to begin rolling out the platform to its financial advisors in 2027.
The system is intended to support advisors across the full workplace retirement plan lifecycle, from prospecting and evaluating plan structures through implementation and ongoing servicing.
Capabilities are expected to include prospecting, plan type evaluations, recordkeeper analysis and selection, proposal generation, onboarding, benchmarking, and ongoing plan management.
The Retirement Plan Management Center will also include a centralized prospecting capability designed to help advisors identify opportunities among businesses with and without existing retirement plans.
An integrated dashboard is expected to provide plan metrics, insights, alerts, and notifications.
Aboon will contribute its Aboon Workplace platform, an AI-native system designed to help advisors identify and win retirement plan opportunities.
RPAG will bring retirement plan data, due diligence, benchmarking, reporting, and other capabilities to the platform.
RPAG’s technology supports more than 120,000 retirement plans and approximately 10 million participants nationwide.
Edward Jones said the initiative represents an expansion of its workplace business and is intended to help advisors manage retirement plan relationships at greater scale.
The firm also pointed to growing demand for workplace retirement solutions as an important component of clients’ broader financial lives.

“The next decade of workplace retirement will be decided by the innovation supporting advisors.
