Edward Jones announced a major expansion of its workplace retirement plan offerings, adding new product partners and broadening capabilities aimed at helping business owners and employees improve their long-term financial outcomes.

The firm added J.P. Morgan Asset Management and T. Rowe Price to its retirement platform lineup, increasing the number of retirement plan product partners to eleven. Edward Jones said the expanded capabilities are designed to serve businesses ranging from startups to organizations with complex retirement planning needs.

J.P. Morgan Asset Management, which has worked with Edward Jones since 2013, expanded its relationship with the firm to include Everyday 401(k) by J.P. Morgan, a full-service recordkeeping solution for startups and small businesses. T. Rowe Price, which serves more than two million retirement plan participants, is expected to make its products available to Edward Jones advisors later in 2026.

The firm also expanded offerings with several existing partners. Manulife John Hancock Retirement’s FutureStep platform is now available to all Edward Jones clients. Transamerica’s Advisor Series platform has been broadened to support plans exceeding $10 million. Capital Group plans to launch its SIMPLE IRA Plus offering for Edward Jones clients in 2027, while Empower’s Pre-Packaged Retirement Plan, introduced in April 2026, is intended to simplify plan implementation.

Edward Jones has also made Addition Wealth available alongside all retirement plan offerings. The digital financial engagement platform provides employees with financial education and planning resources.

According to Edward Jones’ “Money and Meaning: Understanding Financial Fulfillment” report, conducted with Gallup, 90% of respondents who considered themselves financially fulfilled had retirement accounts such as a 401(k) or Roth IRA, compared with 57% of those who considered themselves financially stressed.

The firm said workplace retirement plans often serve as Americans’ first investment experience, citing research from September 2025 with Morning Consult that found nearly one-third of Americans begin investing through workplace plans.

To strengthen support for business owners, Edward Jones expanded resources available to advisors, including dedicated workplace retirement consultants and team-based coverage for more complex clients. The firm also invested in Brillian through Edward Jones Ventures. Brillian provides business valuation and performance insights designed to help business owners incorporate their companies into broader financial planning. Select advisors are currently using the platform, with broader availability planned for early 2027.

Edward Jones also became a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors, which the firm said will enhance advisor development opportunities and support public policy efforts affecting businesses and investors.

Beyond retirement products, the firm’s Financial Futures program helped small businesses access $2.9 million in 2025. Through its Main Street Initiative, conducted with the Small Business Empowerment Center and New Leaf Climate, Edward Jones provides $30,000 grants to business owners that contribute to their communities. The program is expected to deliver more than $1.5 million in grants by the end of 2026.

Recent recipients allocated an average of 17.7% of their grants toward retirement planning, and 88% reported that retirement became more attainable through intentional planning. Grantees also reported exploring retirement plan options for employees.

Edward Jones serves more than nine million clients across the United States and Canada and had approximately $2.4 trillion in client assets under care as of March 27, 2026.
