Efor, a France-based quality and compliance specialist serving the life sciences industry, has acquired DynamixE, a U.S.-based firm focused on commissioning, qualification, and validation, process engineering, automation, and digitalization for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Founded in 2013, Efor has built an international platform dedicated to quality and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. The company employs more than 3,000 professionals across 18 countries and supports major global life sciences players.
The acquisition marks a significant step in Efor’s North American expansion strategy. Following the transaction, the group generates nearly $60 million in revenue in the United States out of approximately $400 million worldwide.
DynamixE, founded in New York in 2017, has established a presence across major U.S. life sciences hubs, including North Carolina, Massachusetts, California, Texas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The company focuses on biologics and cell and gene therapy biomanufacturing sites, delivering mission critical CQV services and advanced process engineering solutions.
The two companies had already been collaborating on several large-scale U.S. projects prior to the acquisition, creating operational alignment and shared delivery standards. By bringing DynamixE into the group, Efor aims to strengthen its commissioning, qualification and validation capabilities across the U.S. market while expanding its expertise in complex biomanufacturing environments.
The deal aligns with Efor’s broader global growth strategy, which combines sustained organic expansion with targeted acquisitions to deepen its technical and geographic footprint.
