EIS Holdings announced the acquisition of TID Demolition, strengthening its demolition capabilities and expanding its presence across the Mountain Region.

The transaction marks a strategic step in EIS’s ongoing regional expansion, adding a well-established demolition provider headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. TID Demolition brings more than 25 years of experience, with a strong track record in interior and selective demolition across commercial and residential projects.

TID has developed a reputation for executing complex demolition work across a range of environments, including retail spaces, office towers, medical facilities, government projects, and manufacturing sites. Its operations span Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and surrounding western markets.

The acquisition enhances EIS’s ability to deliver integrated environmental and infrastructure services across the western United States. TID’s capabilities complement EIS’s existing offerings, which include environmental consulting, remediation, decontamination, dewatering, underground tank removal, and specialty infrastructure services.

With the addition of TID Demolition, EIS continues to build out its regional platform alongside existing operations such as Eagle Environmental in Colorado, Earth Services & Abatement in the Rocky Mountain Region, and EN TECH in Arizona. The combined platform strengthens EIS’s ability to execute large-scale and technically complex projects nationwide.

Headquartered in Westlake, Texas, EIS operates across 32 office locations in 38 states and employs more than 1,000 people. The company continues to pursue growth through acquisitions, geographic expansion, and service line diversification.
