EKHO Infrastructure Solutions announced that it has unified several previously independent operating companies across North America under a single integrated brand as part of a strategy to deliver coordinated infrastructure solutions for construction projects across the region.
Headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, the company said the unified organization will serve transportation, energy, and construction sectors with infrastructure systems designed to support modern construction demands. The move combines decades of operational experience and thousands of completed projects across the United States and Canada under a single corporate identity.
The integration brings together multiple operating companies that previously functioned independently. These include Durisol, Design Concrete (DCI), Faddis Concrete Products, Vision Noise Barrier Group (VNBG), Ground Improvement Systems (GIS), and Structured Soil (SSI). By operating as one coordinated organization, EKHO said it aims to streamline project delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and expand opportunities across its infrastructure portfolio.
EKHO specializes in engineered infrastructure products including noise barriers, retaining walls, and precast concrete structures used in transportation and large-scale construction projects. The company supports complex infrastructure developments through manufacturing capabilities spread across seven strategically located facilities in North America.
The company said the new unified structure will allow teams across engineering, manufacturing, research, and project management to collaborate more closely, providing integrated solutions from design through construction.
EKHO stated that its infrastructure systems are designed to address the evolving requirements of modern construction projects while helping clients deliver long-lasting infrastructure for communities across North America.
