Elementum Names Phil Duggan As Chief Revenue Officer As AI-Native Enterprise Platform Scales Global Sales

Elementum has named Phil Duggan as Chief Revenue Officer, putting the enterprise software veteran in charge of the company’s global sales and revenue organization as demand for its AI-native automation platform grows.

Duggan brings approximately 20 years of enterprise technology and go-to-market experience. Most recently, he helped scale Astronomer’s international business and built its EMEA revenue organization.

His background includes building enterprise sales teams, expanding into new markets and developing emerging technology categories into repeatable revenue engines.

Elementum develops an AI-native alternative to legacy enterprise SaaS. Its agentic automation platform runs directly inside an organization’s existing data cloud and combines AI agents, a workflow engine, and native access to enterprise data and models.

The platform is designed to automate mission-critical workflows without requiring data replication or complex integrations. Customers include Danaher, Elevance Health, Sanofi, Snowflake and Under Armour.

Elementum said demand for the platform is increasing globally as enterprises look to replace traditional software systems with AI-native automation. To support that growth, the company plans to increase its sales team fivefold during 2026.

Duggan will work with Elementum’s existing leadership, board and investor network as the company builds out its commercial organization.

The company’s board includes Frank Slootman and Michael Scarpelli, who previously helped scale ServiceNow and Snowflake through their public-market debuts, along with investors Jim Davidson, Christopher Schaepe and Chad Peets.

Elementum also works closely with Peets of RPT Partners, who helped build Snowflake’s sales organization. Peets will work with Duggan as the company develops the go-to-market organization needed to support its next stage of growth.

“Enterprise software is at an inflection point. AI is creating an opportunity to rethink how critical work gets done, rather than simply adding intelligence to the same legacy systems,” said Duggan. “What drew me to Elementum was the rare combination of a differentiated product, enterprise customers already seeing real results, and a team with the experience and ambition to build a category-defining company. My focus now is building the go-to-market organization to bring that approach to more enterprises globally.”
