Elephant Company announced that it has completed a financing round of more than €5 million to expand its AI-powered learning and knowledge platform for operational teams. The funding round was led by EnBW New Ventures and WEPA, with participation from business angels connected to Flix, home24 SE, SB21, Ventic Ventures, and topi.

The company said the new funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand its team, and scale adoption of its platform across production, logistics, and service organizations. Elephant is focused on helping companies modernize how operational knowledge is delivered to frontline workers by embedding AI-powered learning directly into day-to-day workflows.

According to the company, many organizations still rely on outdated documentation systems, classroom-based training sessions, and informal verbal knowledge transfer processes that can be inconsistent and difficult to scale. Elephant aims to replace these fragmented approaches with a centralized platform that enables workers to access relevant knowledge and training materials in real time while performing operational tasks.

The company emphasized that operational knowledge is often stored across disconnected systems such as PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and legacy training tools, making it difficult for frontline employees to quickly find accurate and up-to-date information. This challenge is particularly significant in industries with rapidly changing procedures, complex equipment, or distributed workforces where operational efficiency and consistency are critical.

Elephant’s platform is designed to make knowledge accessible at the point of need, enabling organizations to streamline onboarding, improve workforce training, and reduce the loss of institutional knowledge. The platform leverages AI capabilities to organize and surface operational information within existing workflows, helping teams access guidance and learning resources without interrupting daily operations.

The company believes the demand for AI-powered operational learning solutions is increasing as industrial, logistics, and service organizations seek more scalable and efficient ways to train employees and retain expertise. By integrating learning directly into operational processes, Elephant aims to help companies improve productivity, reduce training inefficiencies, and support continuous workforce development.

With the additional funding, Elephant plans to continue enhancing its technology platform while expanding its presence across industries that depend heavily on operational excellence and frontline workforce performance.
