Elevate: Megan Fenlon Appointed As Chief Operations Officer

Elevate, a cloud-based consumer-directed benefits administration platform, announced that Megan Fenlon has been appointed chief operations officer as the company continues expanding its technology-driven benefits infrastructure.

Fenlon will oversee partner services, implementation, customer support, and banking operations at Elevate. Her role will focus on scaling the company’s internal processes and tools as benefits administration increasingly shifts from manual systems to API-driven, automated operations.

The company said the appointment supports its strategy to improve operational efficiency and help partners achieve faster onboarding, reduced operational friction, and improved platform performance. Elevate’s platform manages a wide range of benefit accounts, including health savings accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, commuter benefits, and lifestyle accounts.

Fenlon brings experience from the healthcare and fintech sectors and has previously held leadership roles at organizations including Optum, ConnectYourCare, and Fannie Mae. Most recently, she served as vice president of risk modeling and analytics at Optum, where she also helped lead the rollout of a new product and division in Ireland.

Elevate was founded in 2020 to modernize the benefits administration industry through a fully cloud-based platform designed for configurability, embeddability, and real-time automation. The company said Fenlon’s experience scaling complex organizations and launching AI-enabled products will help support its continued growth and partner success.
