ElevateOS announced the acquisition of RightFit Personal Training, a national marketplace connecting residents with certified personal trainers. The acquisition strengthens ElevateOS’s vertically integrated services marketplace and accelerates the rollout of wellness programming across multifamily properties. The combined platform is designed to convert underutilized amenity spaces into revenue-generating programming that contributes to resident satisfaction and increased renewal rates.
ElevateOS provides a white-labeled resident app, staff hub, and integrations with building systems, including door locks, intercoms, elevators, thermostats, package rooms, and major property management platforms. The system enables residents to directly book and pay for personal services and community experiences within their building’s branded app. By adding RightFit, ElevateOS increases its trainer network, operational scale, and the range of personal training and wellness experiences offered on-site.
Across participating communities using ElevateOS wellness programming, renewal increases of up to 10-17 percent have been observed in select properties between 2023 and 2025. Properties benefit from closer resident engagement, stronger community relationships, and an enhanced lifestyle experience that is marketable to prospective residents.
The acquisition also brings RightFit CEO Matthew Kornblatt into ElevateOS as Vice President of Fitness Operations.
The platform enables property owners to generate ancillary revenue by turning gyms, rooftops, and multi-purpose rooms into bookable activity spaces. Residents can discover offerings, book sessions, access spaces, adjust climate settings, and rate their experience within a single application. ElevateOS manages trainer vetting, scheduling, compliance, payments, incident workflows, and reporting for operators through one contract and one source of performance data.
With the addition of RightFit, ElevateOS offers personal training at scale across lease-ups and stabilized assets, along with curated small-group classes and community wellness activations such as yoga, HIIT, meditation, mobility, and seasonal events. All programming is managed end-to-end inside ElevateOS, including communications, staffing, bookings, payments, tipping, and analytics.
