Eleven, a provider of guest Wi-Fi management and connectivity software for the hospitality industry, announced the acquisition of Stella Networks, a hospitality-focused network auditing and orchestration platform developed and operated by Bright Star Pty Ltd.
The acquisition combines Eleven’s guest connectivity platform with Stella’s patent-protected network orchestration technology, creating an end-to-end solution that gives hotel brands and owners visibility from guest Wi-Fi sessions through the underlying network infrastructure.
Founded in 2002, Eleven has spent more than two decades providing cloud-based software that helps hotels deliver secure and consistent guest connectivity. Through its ElevenOS platform, the company supports more than 9 billion guest authentications annually across 140 countries and integrates with hotel property management, loyalty, and marketing systems.
Stella Networks was developed specifically for the hospitality industry to automate the discovery, auditing, monitoring, and configuration of hotel networks. The platform continuously validates network infrastructure against predefined standards, helping identify compliance gaps and operational risks before they affect guest experiences or hotel operations.
A key component of the Stella platform is the Stella Relay, an on-property edge device that executes automated orchestration playbooks based on network standards. The platform eliminates the need for direct human access to live network equipment, is SOC 2 compliant, and does not retain personal or financial data.
The combined platform is expected to provide hotel brands, owners, and operators with greater visibility into infrastructure readiness, faster issue identification across portfolios, and streamlined compliance with corporate network standards. By linking guest connectivity data with infrastructure monitoring and auditing, Eleven aims to help hospitality organizations move from reactive troubleshooting to continuous network validation and compliance.
Following the transaction, Bright Star Pty Ltd. will continue operating Stella Networks as part of the combined organization. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
KEY QUOTES:
“Stella has built something the hospitality industry has needed for years: an automated way to keep distributed networks visible, compliant, and operational. We’ve spent twenty years focused on what happens above the network. Stella lets us address what’s below it. For our customers, that changes the conversation from ‘is the Wi-Fi working?’ to ‘is the entire infrastructure where it needs to be?’”
Hannah Greenberg, CEO, Eleven
“For more than two decades, hospitality network operations have relied on periodic audits and manual intervention. By bringing Eleven and Stella together, we are creating a platform that continuously validates network environments, identifies risk, and helps hotels maintain compliance and deliver a better guest experience at scale.”
David Stallworthy, Founder, Stella Networks
