EliseAI has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, doubling its valuation from its previous funding round in August 2025 as the company expands its vertical AI platform across the housing and healthcare industries. The financing was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital.
EliseAI plans to use the new capital to automate a broader range of customer operations while expanding its engineering, deployment, and sales organizations across North America.
The company also intends to establish San Francisco as its second engineering hub alongside its New York headquarters.
The funding comes shortly after EliseAI surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue, following five consecutive years of year-over-year revenue doubling.
Its technology now powers approximately one in six U.S. apartment units, and more than 30 million Americans have interacted with EliseAI since the company was founded.
EliseAI is focused on applying AI to complex operational workflows in housing and healthcare, two industries the company says together account for more than 40% of the average American’s spending.
Both industries also involve significant administrative workloads, regulation, and operational complexity.
In housing, EliseAI’s platform automates processes throughout the residential rental lifecycle.
Its technology supports leasing, resident services, maintenance, renewals, billing, and other property-management workflows.
Housing operators initially adopted EliseAI primarily for leasing and resident communications, but the company has expanded its technology into additional operational functions as customers have asked it to automate more of their businesses.
Earlier this month, EliseAI launched Apollo, an agentic AI teammate that can perform tasks across the EliseAI platform.
Apollo is designed to operate within systems property teams already use and carry assigned tasks through completion rather than simply generating responses or recommendations.
The company intends to extend that agentic model across additional housing workflows, enabling AI systems to handle more of the operational work performed by leasing agents, property managers, maintenance teams, and executives.
Healthcare represents EliseAI’s second major vertical.
The company operates a dedicated healthcare business serving specialty physician groups and applies the same workflow-automation strategy it developed in housing.
EliseAI’s healthcare agents can support the patient journey from an initial inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and follow-up.
The company is positioning these systems to reduce administrative demands on clinical employees and let staff spend more time on patient care.
EliseAI’s strategy differs from general-purpose AI platforms by focusing deeply on the specific systems, processes, and regulatory requirements within individual industries.
The company develops agents designed to integrate directly into existing customer operations and complete end-to-end workflows, rather than requiring employees to move information manually across multiple software systems.
The $4 billion valuation is double EliseAI’s valuation from its August 2025 financing, highlighting the company’s rapid growth as investors continue directing capital toward vertical AI businesses that can demonstrate meaningful revenue and customer adoption.
Bessemer Venture Partners’ Sameer Dholakia joined EliseAI’s board of directors as part of the financing.
EliseAI plans to continue hiring across its operations in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Austin, and Toronto.
The new financing gives the company additional capital to deepen its presence in housing and healthcare while developing new AI products that can take on a larger share of customers’ everyday operational work.
KEY QUOTES:
“The industries where AI matters most are still not the ones getting the most attention. Housing has enormous problems to solve, and we’ve grown by going deeper with our customers until we’ve solved the root causes. Every year our customers trust us with more of their operations, and that kind of trust is only earned by a company built to last. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners understand that, and they’re the partners we want for the long term.”
Minna Song, Co-Founder And CEO Of EliseAI
“EliseAI has spent years building inside the day-to-day complexity of housing. The company combines exceptional AI research and engineering with a detailed understanding of how properties operate. That depth has produced measurable results for their customers, leading to deep customer love.”
Sameer Dholakia, Partner At Bessemer Venture Partners
