Elite Consulting Partners announced the acquisition of 3xEquity, a valuation and advisory platform serving financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms nationwide. The deal expands Elite Consulting Partners’ capabilities in valuation analysis, succession planning, enterprise growth strategy, and M&A advisory support as consolidation and succession activity continue to reshape the wealth management industry.
Founded more than 15 years ago by Jeffrey Crosby, founder of one of Ameriprise Financial’s most successful advisory practices in the Pacific Northwest, 3xEquity has become known throughout the financial services industry for its accredited valuation platform, valuation methodologies, advisor education resources, and transaction analysis support.
Built specifically for wealth management firms and financial advisors, 3xEquity’s platform helps advisors and enterprises better understand enterprise value, acquisition opportunities, succession planning, transaction readiness, and long-term growth strategy. Its valuation tools and analysis are used by advisors, firms, and institutions across the country, including several well-known financial institutions and industry organizations.
As part of the acquisition, 3xEquity will continue operating as a standalone business under the 3xEquity brand while leveraging the reach, infrastructure, and growth platform of Elite Consulting Partners.
Elite Consulting Partners said it plans to expand 3xEquity’s offerings through additional valuation services, enterprise subscription models, licensing opportunities, advisor education initiatives, and enhanced M&A and succession planning support for firms nationwide.
The acquisition is also expected to create new opportunities for advisory firms, enterprises, and institutions seeking scalable valuation resources and strategic planning tools to support advisor growth, retention, recruiting, acquisition analysis, and continuity planning initiatives.
