Elite Equipment Rentals, a leading provider of specialized equipment rentals and services, announced the acquisition of ISG Inc. and ISG Rents, collectively known as ISG, a provider of equipment distribution and rental services across the Mid-Atlantic region.
The acquisition represents a major milestone in Elite’s national growth strategy, expanding the company’s geographic reach and strengthening its ability to provide customers with greater equipment availability, faster response times, and localized support. ISG has built a strong presence over more than 40 years serving municipalities and contractors throughout Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and neighboring markets.
By combining operations, Elite will enhance its rental, parts, and service capabilities while increasing fleet availability and responsiveness across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. The transaction also broadens Elite’s customer base, vendor relationships, and service offerings.
ISG will continue operating under its existing brand in the near term before gradually integrating into the Elite platform. The phased approach is designed to maintain continuity for customers and employees while supporting long-term growth initiatives.
The combined organization expects customers to benefit from expanded equipment availability, faster service response, enhanced parts and maintenance support, and continued relationships with local teams.
The acquisition further reinforces Elite Equipment Rentals’ focus on strategic expansion, operational excellence, and delivering equipment rental, parts, and service solutions to customers nationwide.
