emagine announced it has completed the acquisition of Waada The Movement as part of an effort to expand its international technology and business transformation consulting capabilities. The transaction integrates Waada’s advisory and engineering businesses into emagine’s global operating model, strengthening the firm’s ability to support complex enterprise transformation programs.
Waada The Movement includes two core businesses: Prowareness, a transformation advisory firm focused on senior-led consulting, and DevOn, an engineering and technology delivery organization. Both units will now operate within emagine’s unified global framework, combining strategic advisory services with large-scale engineering delivery.
The acquisition comes as many enterprises increase spending on transformation initiatives and demand faster execution, clearer accountability, and measurable results from consulting partners. By combining advisory capabilities with engineering delivery, emagine aims to help organizations move more quickly from strategy to implementation.
Following the integration, emagine said it has significantly expanded its engineering capacity, including tripling its engineering presence in India. The company will continue to operate under a practitioner-led model in which experienced professionals work directly with clients across both advisory and delivery functions.
Executives from both companies said the combination is designed to improve coordination across global transformation projects while maintaining a senior-led approach to consulting and execution.
