While most AI agents are designed to deflect calls and reduce human contact, Encore AI was built to increase revenue from every customer interaction. The company’s technology studies an organization’s top performers, extracts specific actions that drive results, and deploys them as AI agents operating autonomously or alongside live teams. Encore AI partners with organizations in regulated industries, including financial services.
One of Encore AI’s largest lending clients saw a 10x return on investment within months of implementation. Encore AI was founded in 2022 by Dr. Dvir Ginzburg, whose Ph.D. in Geometric Deep Learning and background as a recommendation-systems researcher at Microsoft underpin the company’s technology.
