EncorVita Health Acquires Assets From Eterna To Expand Training In Aesthetic Clinics

EncorVita Health, a women’s health company focused on expanding care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, has acquired provider-facing menopause and sexual health education and clinical assets from Eterna. The assets include intellectual property originally developed through more than a decade of clinical practice across multi-state women’s health clinics at HerMD.

The acquisition strengthens EncorVita’s strategy to bring structured, evidence-based menopause and sexual health care into medical aesthetic clinics. More than 50 million women in the U.S. are entering perimenopause and menopause, yet the company notes a significant shortage of clinicians formally trained to diagnose and manage menopause and sexual health conditions. At the same time, aesthetic clinics—where many women already receive ongoing care—are increasingly positioned to expand into holistic, longevity-focused women’s health services but often lack standardized education, clinical protocols, and implementation resources.

The acquired portfolio includes a comprehensive digital education platform and an extensive suite of clinical resources designed to integrate menopause care into practice settings. The clinical frameworks are informed by nationally recognized, published guidelines and insights from more than 10 years of hands-on clinical experience. According to the company, the frameworks are built to support rigorous and continually refined standards of care as practices scale services.

EncorVita plans to deploy the assets across its provider-facing platform, equipping aesthetic and specialty clinics with structured training, clinical protocols, and implementation support. The company positions this move as a foundational step in building a broader women’s health ecosystem that integrates education, operational enablement, and curated solutions tailored to midlife women’s care.

By consolidating educational infrastructure and clinical best practices into a single platform, EncorVita aims to help clinics responsibly expand into menopause and sexual health services while maintaining evidence-based standards. Executives described the transaction as central to the company’s long-term strategy to build a comprehensive women’s health platform serving providers nationwide.

KEY QUOTES:

“Our goal is to build the premier women’s health education and resource platform — one that ensures far more women of perimenopausal age receive the informed, evidence-based care and provider support they are actively seeking and deserve. This platform provides an extraordinary clinical foundation. By scaling them through EncorVita, we can empower clinics with the education, protocols, and support.”
