Endeavor Catalyst-Backed European Companies Raise More Than $8.3 Billion Across 2025 And First Half Of 2026

Endeavor Catalyst, the venture capital arm of Endeavor, said its European portfolio companies raised more than $8.3 billion across 2025 and the first half of 2026, highlighting the growing role of Europe within the firm’s global investment strategy.

The total includes more than $3.2 billion raised in financing rounds in which Endeavor Catalyst directly participated and over $5.1 billion from additional rounds completed without the fund’s participation.

Combined funding across the period was more than six times the amount raised by the portfolio during 2023 and 2024.

Endeavor Catalyst has directly invested $104.3 million in Europe as of the second quarter of 2026, representing a 19-fold increase from $5.4 million a decade earlier.

The fund now backs 84 European companies, representing approximately 20% of its global company portfolio.

Endeavor Catalyst made 14 new European investments in 2025, seven in 2024 and another 13 investments during the first half of 2026.

Across the European portfolio, 15 companies founded in the region have reached valuations of $1 billion or more. The group includes companies that have completed an IPO or are viewed as potential public-market candidates, including Bending Spoons, ElevenLabs, ICEYE and Fever.

Europe has also become an increasingly significant portion of Endeavor Catalyst’s fund deployment. The region accounted for 11% of capital in Fund I and increased to 25% by Fund IV.

The firm expects Europe to remain a meaningful portion of its new investments through the second half of 2026, particularly across artificial intelligence, advanced technology, frontier technologies and fintech.

Endeavor Catalyst is active across 10 European markets: Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine.

Ukraine has become one of Endeavor’s newer markets, where Endeavor Catalyst has backed companies including Headway, Holywater Tech and Preply.

Across four funds, Endeavor Catalyst has exited eight European companies, including Bending Spoons, Peak Games and Iyzico.

The fund typically co-invests alongside venture capital and growth equity firms including a16z, General Catalyst and Sequoia.

Endeavor’s broader international infrastructure includes global hub offices in New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Dubai and London.

Its London Global Hub, established in September 2024, now supports more than 90 Endeavor Entrepreneurs from over 35 countries across more than 100 companies, reflecting London’s role as a connection point for founders building businesses outside traditional Silicon Valley and Chinese technology hubs.

Globally, Endeavor’s network includes more than 3,100 entrepreneurs across over 50 countries, including founders behind more than 100 unicorn companies.

Endeavor Catalyst manages more than $850 million in assets and has completed more than 425 investments. More than 75 of its portfolio companies have achieved valuations exceeding $1 billion.

KEY QUOTE:

“Europe is home to an abundance of dynamic markets where entrepreneurial talent is rich, but global support is not. From Bulgaria to Turkey to Ukraine, world-class founders are building from Elsewhere at a pace most of the venture industry has yet to price in. We continue to see strong opportunities across AI, frontier technologies and fintech as more founders build globally significant companies from markets historically overlooked by global capital.”
