Endeavor Managed Services and its wholly owned subsidiary SOVA have acquired Royal Capital LLC, doing business as Unified Connection (UCX), the largest Verizon-exclusive enterprise business agent and contact center partner in the United States. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands SOVA’s enterprise connectivity capabilities, strengthens its position within the Verizon ecosystem, and accelerates growth across enterprise and state, local, and education (SLED) markets.
UCX is recognized as the largest Verizon-exclusive enterprise business agent in the U.S. and holds Verizon’s exclusive Platinum Partner status for both Wireline and Wireless, the highest designation in the carrier’s partner ecosystem. The company specializes in voice, data, wireless, wireline design and engineering, provisioning, contact center services, and integration of the NICE Virtual Contact Center platform.
SOVA has served as a Verizon Business Agent for more than 30 years, developing proprietary processes and intellectual property to simplify enterprise connectivity transactions from sales and provisioning through ongoing service delivery. By combining SOVA’s connectivity lifecycle management platform with UCX’s wireline and contact center expertise, the combined company aims to provide enterprise customers and channel partners with a more comprehensive end-to-end connectivity solution.
The acquisition also broadens Endeavor’s reach into the SLED market while expanding its nationwide enterprise sales organization. UCX will continue operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of SOVA.
This marks Endeavor’s third acquisition and its largest enterprise wireline agency acquisition to date, further strengthening the company’s managed connectivity platform and enterprise communications capabilities.
