Endra announced that it has raised $50 million in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Norrsken VC and Notion Capital. The new financing brings the company’s total funding to $74 million raised over the past 12 months.

The company is building infrastructure and a purpose-built platform for MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineering firms around the world. Endra’s platform combines Spatial AI, optimization, simulation, and physics-based modeling technologies to support engineers responsible for designing critical systems used in data centers, hospitals, office buildings, and other major facilities.

According to the company, its platform is designed to modernize the MEP industry by providing advanced technology tools tailored specifically for engineering workflows. Endra describes the platform as one of the most ambitious technology initiatives undertaken for the sector.

The company also announced plans to unveil the next phase of its platform at Endra Epoch, an event taking place on September 14 in Las Vegas. During the event, Endra plans to release its electrical module, expanding the capabilities of its engineering software platform.

In addition to the funding announcement and upcoming product launch, Endra said it is actively hiring across its offices in Stockholm, London, New York, and San Francisco as it continues to expand its team and accelerate development of its platform for the global MEP engineering market.
