Endries International has acquired Blue Chip Engineered Products, a Kentucky-based supplier of custom engineered fasteners, metal stampings, and electronic hardware, in a move aimed at strengthening its position in high-specification industrial markets. The deal adds specialized design and value‑added services to Endries’ core offering in industrial fasteners, Class‑C components, and fulfillment solutions.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Erlanger, Kentucky, Blue Chip has built a strong reputation serving complex manufacturing needs across industries such as automotive, medical devices, and lighting. The company provides custom fasteners and components alongside services like kitting and packaging, design support, and inventory management programs, under its “Solve. Source. Schedule. Service.” approach.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Endries’ ability to support OEM customers that require engineered solutions and tight specifications. Blue Chip will continue to operate from its Erlanger location, with founder Ken Sanker remaining as General Manager and overseeing day‑to‑day operations. By combining Blue Chip’s engineering and custom component expertise with Endries’ global scale and supply chain capabilities, the companies aim to broaden offerings, improve service, and create new avenues for growth.

Endries, which manages more than 800,000 SKUs and operates 28 distribution centers across North America and Europe, views the deal as a way to deepen customer relationships and extend its role in simplifying supply chains and ensuring production continuity for industrial and commercial manufacturers.
