Energy Management Collaborative (EMC), a provider of turnkey energy efficiency solutions, has acquired Earth Savers, an LED lighting solutions company with a long track record in healthcare facilities, in a deal aimed at deepening EMC’s presence in the healthcare vertical across North America.
EMC said the acquisition broadens its healthcare offering while giving Earth Savers customers access to a wider menu of energy and infrastructure services, including smart building controls, HVAC optimization, and EV charging and battery storage infrastructure. The companies said the combined organization will pair EMC’s national footprint and broader suite of energy efficiency capabilities with Earth Savers’ specialized healthcare expertise, with an emphasis on providing a single, integrated partner and a larger support team.

The companies said the combined teams will focus on a smooth integration of operations, technology, and service offerings, positioning the platform to accelerate growth in healthcare accounts while expanding service capacity for all customers.
EMC said it manages and scales energy efficiency projects for Fortune 500 clients across North American portfolios, using its EnergyMAXX project management approach. The company’s work includes efficient lighting, smart building controls, specialty disinfectant lighting, ROI-driven IoT solutions, EV supply equipment infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance and warranty support.
Earth Savers, founded more than 30 years ago, provides LED and smart lighting solutions for commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. The company said it has delivered thousands of projects, helping organizations plan, deploy, and optimize high-performance lighting systems designed to reduce operating costs and improve energy efficiency.
