Enlyte has completed its acquisition of PartsTrader, bringing together two complementary businesses within its auto physical damage portfolio and expanding its capabilities across the collision repair ecosystem.
Under the terms of the deal, PartsTrader will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Enlyte while continuing to function independently alongside Mitchell International’s Auto Physical Damage division. Both organizations will maintain their distinct brands and operations while benefiting from shared resources and broader integration within Enlyte’s platform.
PartsTrader, which operates from Chicago and Wellington, New Zealand, provides a market-driven procurement platform that connects collision repair shops, parts suppliers, and insurance carriers. The platform enables users to make more accurate decisions on part type, pricing, and availability, while improving transparency and efficiency across the claims process.
Following the acquisition, PartsTrader will continue to maintain connectivity with estimating systems, suppliers, and partners, while collaborating more closely with Mitchell to enhance outcomes for customers. Mark Lindner has been appointed Executive Vice President and General Manager of PartsTrader, while current CEO Steve Messenger will retire.
Enlyte said the acquisition is aimed at improving workflow efficiency, enabling broader data connectivity, and enhancing customer control over data usage across the claims and repair ecosystem. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Enlyte serves more than 2,000 organizations, including a majority of Fortune 500 employers, providing claims technology, specialty networks, case management, pharmacy benefit, and disability management services.
