By Amit Chowdhry ● Sep 3, 2026

Enstructure has completed its acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine services division, creating one of North America’s largest and most diversified marine terminal and logistics networks.

The combined company operates 106 terminals across 30 U.S. states and Canadian provinces and employs approximately 6,000 people. The transaction was initially announced in June 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The expanded network encompasses more than 3,000 waterfront acres and approximately 12.5 million square feet of industrial warehousing, while handling approximately 70 million tons of cargo annually.

Enstructure provides marine terminal, stevedoring, cargo handling, warehousing, trucking and multimodal logistics services across bulk, breakbulk, container, automotive/RoRo and project cargo.

The company will maintain LOGISTEC’s head office in Montréal and plans to continue investing in and expanding its Canadian operations.

Blue Wolf Capital Partners, which was LOGISTEC’s majority owner before the transaction, will remain an investor in the combined company. Blackstone Credit & Insurance said it has invested nearly $2 billion across Enstructure’s capital structure since 2022.
