Enstructure Names Four Regional Presidents Following LOGISTEC Marine Services Acquisition

Enstructure has appointed four Regional Presidents to oversee its expanded North American marine terminal network following the acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine services division.

The company now operates 106 marine terminals across the United States and Canada, spanning markets from the U.S. Gulf Coast to the Canadian Arctic. Enstructure said the new leadership structure is intended to increase regional accountability, strengthen customer relationships, and capitalize on the expanded network’s scale.

Patrick Burgoyne has been appointed Chief Development Officer and President, U.S. Gulf Coast. He will oversee terminals stretching from Florida’s Gulf Coast through southern Texas, serving industrial markets and connecting domestic supply chains with international commerce.

Ryan Grimme has been named Chief Operating Officer and President, U.S. East Coast. His territory extends from Maine to Florida, combining responsibility for regional operations with broader strategic oversight.

Dan Nisbit has been appointed President, U.S. Inland River. He will oversee Enstructure’s operations across the Mississippi River system, drawing on experience in transportation, logistics, and terminal management.

Frank Robertson has been named President, Canada and U.S. Great Lakes. Enstructure added the territory to its network through a recent expansion, and it includes major industrial markets, trade gateways, and transportation connections across Canada and the Great Lakes region.

Founded in 2016 by Co-CEOs Philippe De Montigny and Matthew Satnick, Enstructure provides marine terminal and logistics services to customers across energy, agriculture, food, manufacturing, construction, and public safety markets.

Following the LOGISTEC marine services acquisition, Enstructure employs approximately 6,000 people and operates across 30 U.S. states and Canadian provinces.

The company said it plans to continue investing in infrastructure, equipment, and employees as it integrates the expanded terminal platform and addresses changing supply chain requirements throughout North America.
