Enterprise Health announced the appointment of Rick Pharr as Chief Executive Officer, bringing on a healthcare SaaS and AI industry veteran to lead the company’s next phase of growth. The company said the leadership transition comes as demand increases for workforce health platforms that help enterprises manage operational continuity, regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and workforce readiness.

Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Enterprise Health provides a workforce health platform designed for large organizations, including health systems, corporations, government agencies, universities, and international organizations. The company believes the workforce health market is undergoing a significant transformation as employers place greater emphasis on employee health, compliance, and operational resilience.

Pharr joins Enterprise Health at what the company describes as a pivotal growth stage. Throughout his career, he has focused on scaling specialized healthcare software companies, helping them transition from founder-led businesses into enterprise-scale organizations. His experience includes driving customer retention, operational efficiency, and growth across healthcare technology platforms.

Jeff Donnell will continue serving as President of Enterprise Health and will work closely with Pharr on customer engagement, market expansion, and industry leadership initiatives. Founder Doug Horner will remain actively involved in product innovation and strategic development.

Prior to joining Enterprise Health, Pharr served as Chief Operating Officer at Kipu Health, a behavioral health electronic health record provider. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at WebPT and SmartVault Corporation. Enterprise Health noted that Pharr has extensive experience in customer success, operational scaling, revenue execution, and implementing AI-driven workflows to improve customer and clinical outcomes.

The company said the leadership team will focus on expanding Enterprise Health’s enterprise customer base, enhancing customer value, and increasing the impact of its workforce health platform.
