Enterprise Risk Associates (ERA) announced that it acquired Insurance Solutions of America (ISOA), a national commercial insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm, on May 8, 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2007 by Scott Lugering and Amber LaSota, Insurance Solutions of America specializes in providing commercial insurance and risk management solutions for fire suppression, sprinkler, alarm, and security businesses. The company has built a national presence by focusing on the unique insurance needs of the fire protection industry.
As part of the acquisition, Lugering will continue leading ISOA, with the company maintaining operations from its Oviedo, Florida office. ERA said the transaction is designed to support ISOA’s continued growth while preserving its client relationships, specialized expertise, and service-oriented culture.
The acquisition strengthens ERA’s portfolio of specialty property and casualty insurance agencies by adding a firm with deep industry knowledge in the fire protection sector. ERA partners with entrepreneurial insurance agencies by providing capital, operational infrastructure, and strategic support while allowing local leadership teams to remain in place.
Founded as an insurance brokerage holding company, Enterprise Risk Associates acquires and supports independent property and casualty insurance agencies across the United States. With the addition of ISOA, the company now operates a network of eight agencies focused on delivering specialized insurance solutions while maintaining local client-first cultures.
