Environmental 360 Solutions, Canada’s fastest-growing provider of waste management, environmental and recycling and circular-economy services, has made its first entry into the United States through the acquisition of Marcotte Disposal Co., a well-established waste management company operating in Port Huron, Michigan.
The deal marks a significant milestone in E360S’ North American growth strategy and establishes the company’s first operating platform on US soil, extending its footprint—which already spans six Canadian provinces—into a seventh jurisdiction.
Founded by industry veteran Donato Ardellini and headquartered in Aurora, Ontario, E360S is a vertically integrated environmental services business serving more than 800,000 municipal, commercial and industrial customers across North America. The company has built its platform through a disciplined acquisition strategy focused on buying high-quality environmental services businesses and investing in operational excellence, customer service and sustainability. The Marcotte acquisition applies that same approach to the US market, using a proven Michigan-based operator as the foundation for what E360S describes as a broader US expansion strategy, with numerous additional markets and acquisition targets already identified.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
