EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, the hospitality lending business of EOS Investors LLC, announced it has provided a $140 million refinancing for a three-hotel, 413-key hospitality portfolio owned by Mission Hill Hospitality.
The financing, which carries a three-year term with multiple extension options, is secured by the Residence Inn Breckenridge in Breckenridge, Colorado, and the AC by Marriott Clearwater Beach and Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, Florida. Mission Hill acquired the assets in 2023 and has since pursued a value-add strategy focused on operational enhancements and capital improvements across the portfolio, which is managed by Peregrine Hospitality.
The Residence Inn Breckenridge sits within one of Colorado’s premier mountain resort destinations, benefiting from steady visitor traffic tied to the region’s ski and outdoor recreation economy, while the two Clearwater properties are positioned within a growing Florida Gulf Coast market that continues to draw both leisure and business travelers. Together, the three assets give Mission Hill exposure to two distinct but complementary hospitality markets, each with its own seasonal demand drivers and long-term growth potential.
The refinancing reflects EOS Hospitality Credit Partners’ continued focus on providing flexible capital solutions to experienced hotel owners and operators executing value-add strategies across their portfolios. It also builds on the firm’s broader strategy of partnering with sponsors like Mission Hill who bring deep operational expertise to their hospitality investments, supporting properties through capital improvement programs designed to enhance long-term asset performance and competitive positioning within their respective markets.
KEY QUOTE:
“We are extremely pleased to be partnering with Mission Hill on this financing and look forward to doing much more together across their platform. As a specialized hospitality lender that is closely linked to a vertically integrated hotel investment and management platform, EOS is well-positioned to underwrite business plans and identify operational upside potential.”
