EP Wealth Advisors has partnered with LongView Asset Management, extending its Southwest footprint by adding a Santa Fe, New Mexico-based registered investment adviser with more than $390 million in assets under management. The move deepens EP Wealth’s presence in the state and gives LongView’s clients access to a broader menu of planning resources, including tax, estate, and legacy planning support.
LongView was founded in 2002 and has positioned itself around sustainability, responsible investing, and community engagement. The firm highlighted its status as the first financial services company in New Mexico to become a certified B Corporation, framing the combination as a way to scale capabilities while keeping its mission and local involvement intact.
As part of the partnership, LongView founder David Cantor is joining EP Wealth as a senior vice president, alongside seven team members. EP Wealth said the transaction strengthens its ability to serve more families in New Mexico and described LongView’s approach as adding a differentiated perspective to its Southwest presence.
The transaction is EP Wealth’s second partnership announced in 2026. Advice Dynamics Partners served as LongView’s strategic M&A adviser. Financial and legal terms were not disclosed.
EP Wealth said it has more than 64 offices across 23 states and manages over $42.2 billion in assets as of December 31, 2025. The firm is backed by minority equity investors Berkshire Partners and Ares Management.
