ePlus has acquired the assets of Daymark Solutions, expanding its cloud, cybersecurity and modern data center capabilities while increasing its presence across New England.
Daymark is a Massachusetts-based IT solutions and professional services provider focused on designing, implementing and supporting complex hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, compliance and data center environments.
Founded in 2001, Daymark primarily serves regulated and data-intensive industries including energy and utilities, healthcare, life sciences, defense and financial services.
Its capabilities include modern data center infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot and cybersecurity.
Daymark is also a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider, complementing ePlus’ existing Azure and Microsoft 365 professional and managed services operations.
ePlus expects the acquisition to strengthen its Microsoft-focused team and accelerate growth across Azure, Microsoft 365, security and Copilot.
The transaction also expands ePlus’ footprint in the metropolitan Boston and broader New England markets.
The acquisition closed August 21, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
