Equal Parts Acquires El Valle Insurance, Archer Insurance Solutions And Loma Portal Insurance

Equal Parts completed three agency acquisitions in three consecutive weeks, bringing its total to 10 acquisitions approximately 16 months after completing its first transaction. The AI-native insurance platform acquired El Valle Insurance, Archer Insurance Solutions, and Loma Portal Insurance during the third quarter.

The transactions also demonstrate a new phase of Equal Parts’ acquisition model, in which agency operators who previously joined the platform are now leading their own acquisitions.

Benito Ortiz, who joined Equal Parts through its acquisition of Strategic Insurance Group in New Mexico, led the El Valle transaction.

Rex Young, Dustin Webb, Brock Sherwood, and Stephanie Musick, who joined through Equal Parts’ acquisition of D3 Insurance Group, led the Archer Insurance Solutions and Loma Portal Insurance transactions.

Equal Parts provides agency operators with acquisition capital, M&A infrastructure, centralized operations, expanded insurance carrier relationships, and shared services.

The company also operates Ultron, its proprietary AI operating system for insurance distribution.

Equal Parts is pursuing a strategy in which local agency leaders retain an operating role while gaining access to the technology, capital, and infrastructure necessary to make additional acquisitions.

The company said the three recent deals demonstrate its ability to complete acquisitions at a faster pace while distributing M&A execution across experienced operators on its platform.
