EquiLend Acquires Finadium To Expand Securities Finance Research And Consulting Capabilities

EquiLend announced the acquisition of Finadium as the securities finance technology company expands its presence across research, consulting, and market intelligence services for the global securities finance industry.

According to the company, Finadium will continue operating independently as a subsidiary of EquiLend, with its research operations remaining editorially independent. Josh Galper will continue leading Finadium and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Finadium provides research reports, data products, and consulting services focused on securities finance, repo markets, prime brokerage, collateral management, and capital markets infrastructure.

EquiLend stated that the acquisition strengthens its ability to support clients across the securities finance ecosystem by expanding access to market intelligence, advisory services, and consulting capabilities.

The company said the transaction also reinforces its position as a broader infrastructure and information provider for participants across global securities finance and funding markets.

EquiLend is a global provider of securities finance technology, data, and analytics solutions serving institutional market participants.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
