Ergatta, a pioneer in game-based connected fitness, has signed a definitive agreement to join Interactive Strength, expanding the reach of its immersive, competition-driven training platform across a broader portfolio of performance-focused brands. Interactive Strength is a portfolio company that includes Wattbike, CLMBR, and FORME. The addition of Ergatta brings a differentiated, software-first fitness experience into the group, centered around proprietary game mechanics, structured competition, and subscription-based digital training.

Founded in New York, Ergatta has positioned itself as a leader in game-based connected fitness by blending performance training with immersive gameplay. Its platform emphasizes goal-oriented challenges, head-to-head competition, and adaptive programming designed to foster consistency and long-term engagement. The company has cultivated a highly engaged subscriber community and built its business model around disciplined growth and recurring revenue.

Under the agreement, Ergatta will continue operating as an independent brand within the Interactive Strength portfolio. The company’s team, leadership structure, and product roadmap will remain intact. Co-founder and CEO Tom Aulet will continue to lead the business alongside the existing executive team, ensuring continuity in strategy and culture.

The partnership is expected to create new opportunities to deploy Ergatta’s proprietary gaming platform across additional hardware within the Interactive Strength ecosystem over time. By integrating its immersive software experience with complementary equipment brands, the companies aim to broaden Ergatta’s addressable market while reinforcing Interactive Strength’s commitment to performance-driven innovation.

Company executives said preserving Ergatta’s leadership, product vision, and operating philosophy was central to the decision to enter into the agreement. The focus will remain on advancing the platform through new workouts, progressive training programs, expanded game formats, and feature enhancements across its connected training suite.

For Interactive Strength, the acquisition adds a profitable, subscription-oriented connected fitness brand with differentiated technology capabilities. Executives highlighted the potential for cross-brand collaboration and technology integration, particularly as consumers increasingly seek interactive and gamified workout experiences.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
