Euna Solutions has acquired GrantExec, an AI-native startup focused on simplifying grant discovery and research for nonprofits, universities, and community-focused organizations, as Euna looks to deepen AI-driven capabilities across its end-to-end grants platform.
The deal expands Euna’s grants portfolio by bringing GrantExec’s technology and team into the company and accelerating the rollout of advanced, AI-powered research tools within the Euna Grants software suite. The companies did not disclose financial terms.
Euna said grant discovery remains one of the most time-consuming and fragmented stages of the grants process, with organizations often forced to sift through inconsistent information spread across multiple sources. By integrating GrantExec’s AI-based approach, Euna aims to help customers identify relevant opportunities faster and spend more time on execution and community outcomes.
Founded in 2022 and headquartered in McLean, Virginia, GrantExec built its platform to address a persistent market gap: despite billions of dollars in public and philanthropic funding available each year, many organizations struggle to surface the right opportunities without manual, time-intensive work. GrantExec uses AI to organize tens of thousands of live grant opportunities from government and private funders and pairs that data with structured guidance and research tools.
Euna said GrantExec’s team will join Euna Solutions, adding expertise in grant research, data aggregation, and AI-enabled discovery. Integration work is expected to begin immediately, with GrantExec’s capabilities being embedded into the Euna Grants platform.
Euna also said it will continue leveraging existing grants research functionality within its flagship eCivis and AmpliFund platforms while working to deliver a more seamless, unified experience for customers searching for funding opportunities as part of Euna’s broader grants management workflow.
The acquisition aligns with Euna’s broader positioning around purpose-built, cloud software that supports the financial lifecycle of public sector and nonprofit work, including budgeting, grants, payments, and procurement. Euna said the addition of GrantExec’s AI-powered research capabilities reinforces its focus on helping customers move faster, make better decisions, and maximize the impact of every dollar.
