Euno has raised $23 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-native enterprise context platform, bringing total funding to $29 million as the company helps large organizations move AI agents from pilot projects into production. The round was led by N47, with participation from existing investor 10D and technology founders including Wiz Co-Founder Yinon Kostika, Cyera Co-Founder and CEO Yotam Segev, Eon Founder and CEO Ofir Ehrlich, Tavily Founder Rotem Weiss and former Tableau CEO and President Mark Nelson.
Euno is building what it describes as an AI context brain for enterprise data.
Its platform continuously learns how an organization builds, uses and governs its data so AI agents can understand what information means, what they can trust, how different data connects and how that information should be used for a particular task.
Rather than relying on teams to manually create and maintain context, Euno continuously reconstructs that knowledge from enterprise systems and learns from the ways AI agents interact with it.
The company said customers can use its technology to move AI initiatives from pilot to production within weeks rather than spending a year preparing enterprise data for AI.
Euno’s research focuses partly on extracting institutional knowledge from evolving metadata patterns.
The company analyzes how data flows and is used to infer which information should be trusted for different purposes, then continually refines that context through feedback generated by AI agents.
Governance is built directly into the platform. Euno controls which context each agent can access based on its task and role, allowing enterprises to enforce organizational boundaries while deploying autonomous agents across multiple business domains.
Euno works with Fortune 500 companies and other enterprises, including AlphaSense and Zayo Group, and was recognized in Gartner’s Coolest Vendor Innovations in Data Management report.
The company was founded in 2023 by Sarah Levy and Eyal Firstenberg. Levy previously served as CTO at Sight Diagnostics and led a cybersecurity department in the Israel Defense Forces, while Firstenberg previously served in Unit 8200 and was Vice President of R&D at LightCyber before its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks.
Euno has nearly 30 employees across the U.S. and Israel and expects to double its workforce by year-end. The Series A will primarily support sales, marketing and AI research.
KEY QUOTES:
“Models keep getting better and cheaper, but the long-term AI moat for enterprises will increasingly come from the accumulated record of how work gets done. Competitors may have access to the same frontier models, but they cannot easily replicate the proprietary context and experience an enterprise has accumulated through its own operations.”
“The teams that own enterprise data have been the ones slowing AI down, and they were right to do so because nobody could tell them what an agent would be able to reach once it was connected,” Levy said. “Security vendors sell them the fear. We hand them the ability to actually deploy and build the organizations of the future.”
Sarah Levy, Co-Founder and CEO of Euno
“Enterprises are thirsty for impact-making AI agents. For an AI agent to move the needle, it must act on current and trusted business data – and that demands precise, scalable contextual infrastructure,” said Moshe Zilberstein, General Partner at N47. “Demand for this AI infrastructure is accelerating fast, and Euno is the only company building it AI-native instead of retrofitting a solution meant for people. Sarah and Eyal are data experts and have world-class engineering depth, which is exactly what this kind of problem demands.”
