Evalla Advisors, an investment bank focused on the marketing and technology services sectors, has appointed Veersen Ghatge as Managing Director and Robert Pickering as Senior Operating Advisor.
Veersen Ghatge brings nearly 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity within these sectors. He has played a key role in raising over $10 billion in financing and has led major transactions, including the sale of Levelwing to Mindgruve and MSQ’s acquisition of SPCSHP.
Robert Pickering, with over 30 years of experience in digital marketing and technology, previously held leadership roles at Arthur Andersen/Accenture, Origin, and LBi. He has successfully guided LBi through significant growth, including an IPO and its acquisition by Publicis Groupe, and recently advised numerous transactions at Madison Alley.
Ghatge and Pickering will work to expand Evalla’s M&A practice and advise marketing agencies on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Ghatge will lead efforts in marketing services and technology consulting, while Pickering will support operational needs and strategic M&A initiatives for clients in these fields.
