His responsibilities will span product and platform engineering, enterprise architecture, AI development and the company’s broader innovation ecosystem. He brings more than three decades of experience across technology strategy, product incubation and emerging technologies.

Narkhede joins Evalueserve following a long career at Wipro, where he most recently served as General Manager of Lab45, the company’s technology and innovation organization.

During his career, he has helped develop and commercialize products involving AI, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, robotics, Web3 and advanced analytics.

He has also worked with enterprises, startups, universities and industry groups across retail, manufacturing, financial services, automotive and media.

As CTO, Narkhede will help Evalueserve more closely align its technical investments with industry-specific workflows and measurable customer outcomes.

Evalueserve’s approach combines AI technology with knowledge of how work is performed within specific sectors. The company believes that domain expertise can help it move AI projects beyond demonstrations and into complex enterprise operations.

Potential applications include helping financial professionals accelerate investment due diligence or using collaborating AI agents to support different stages of the lending lifecycle.

Evalueserve said Narkhede will help establish a secure, scalable and open technology foundation for its industry-focused models and services.

The company’s AI technology is embedded in processes at approximately 30% of Fortune 500 companies. Customers include six of the 10 largest global investment banks, 12 of the 15 largest pharmaceutical companies, 12 major technology and telecommunications companies, and three of the five oil and gas supermajors.

Narkhede holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from COEP Technological University. He is based in Mountain View, California.
