Everon To Buy ADT’s B2B Multifamily Segments

This deal is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2025, pending standard closing conditions and regulatory approvals. After completion, the acquisition will mark a significant step in Everon’s growth strategy, allowing the company to expand its reach and strengthen its position in the multifamily security market.

Everon already serves multifamily customers across the country with fire and life safety solutions. By acquiring ADT’s B2B multifamily segments, the company will be able to build on this foundation, offering an even broader range of services to property owners and managers. These services will include advanced access control systems, high-quality video surveillance, and self-guided tour technology that can integrate seamlessly with leading property management software.
