Evertern Wealth: $2.4 Billion Advisory Team Launches Independent Family Office Firm In Florida

By Amit Chowdhry • Apr 10, 2026

Evertern Wealth, a newly formed independent wealth management and family office advisory firm, has officially launched in Naples, Florida, led by veteran advisors Jason Stephens and Mic Lundon.

The founding team previously oversaw approximately $2.4 billion in client assets and is targeting high-net-worth families, founders, and executives through a boutique advisory model. The firm will custody client assets with Goldman Sachs and operate on the Dynasty Financial Partners platform, which provides technology, operational support, and investment infrastructure.

The launch reflects a broader trend of experienced advisory teams moving toward independence to better address the increasingly complex needs of affluent clients. Evertern Wealth is positioning itself as a modern multi-family office, offering coordinated financial services that extend beyond traditional investment management.

The firm’s services include institutional portfolio management, access to private markets and alternative investments, strategic lending and balance sheet management, estate and multigenerational planning, and full family office coordination. Its target clients include business owners approaching liquidity events, executives with concentrated equity positions, retirees, and multi-generational families.

Stephens and Lundon bring more than four decades of combined experience advising affluent clients through market cycles, liquidity events, and generational wealth transitions. Evertern Wealth will serve clients nationwide, with a focus on Florida and other major U.S. markets.

Client assets will be held through Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions, providing institutional-grade infrastructure typically reserved for large institutions and single-family offices. The partnership is intended to combine the scale and stability of a global financial institution with a highly personalized advisory experience.

Dynasty Financial Partners will support Evertern through its Supported Independence model, enabling the firm to launch and scale while maintaining autonomy in client relationships and investment strategy.
