Everus Construction Group has acquired Epsilon Industries for $295 million in cash. This strategic move will enhance Everus’s capabilities in off-site modular construction, targeting high-demand sectors such as data centers, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare services.
Epsilon Industries is recognized for its expertise in designing and manufacturing sophisticated modular mechanical and electrical building infrastructure systems. The company has strategically located facilities across the United States and Canada, enabling nationwide distribution of its products. This operational footprint allows Epsilon to efficiently meet clients’ needs across regions.
Everus anticipates that the acquisition will significantly complement its already established off-site construction operations. It aims to enhance the company’s geographic reach while solidifying its foothold in multiple high-growth end markets. Integrating Epsilon’s innovative technologies and manufacturing capabilities is expected to streamline project delivery, improve efficiency, and create synergies within Everus’s existing operations.
Importantly, Epsilon will retain its operational autonomy under the continued leadership of its existing management team, including President Chris Wiederick. To finance the acquisition, Everus used a mix of cash reserves and borrowings from its available credit facilities, reflecting a strategic investment approach aimed at driving long-term growth.
In addition, Everus said it plans to revise its full-year 2026 financial forecast to incorporate contributions from Epsilon Industries in its upcoming third-quarter financial report. This adjustment will give investors and stakeholders a clearer picture of the acquisition’s potential impact on Everus’s overall financial performance.
