Everything: $6.9 Million Seed Funding Raised To Build A Unified Perps and Markets ‘Everything Exchange’ With Humanity Verification

Everything, a Hong Kong-based startup positioning itself as an “everything exchange” spanning perpetual futures, spot markets, prediction markets, and payments, has raised a $6.9 million seed round as it builds a unified trading experience across Telegram, mobile, and web.

The round was led by Humanity Investments, the venture arm of Humanity. Other participants included Animoca Brands, Hex Trust, Jamie Rogozinski (the founder of WallStreetBets), and Three Point Capital.

Everything says it targets retail traders who currently spread activity across multiple venues that require separate balances, have inconsistent rules, and can obscure how markets work. The company’s pitch is a single account and a single balance that can be used across products, paired with “one set of clear rules” that are consistent across interfaces and platforms.

A central element of the product is its integration with Humanity’s human verification, which Everything says is meant to enforce one-person-one-account integrity and reduce Sybil-style multi-account behavior. The company argues that verified user identity can make rewards programs and community incentives less vulnerable to farming, while also reducing the influence of bots on leaderboards and airdrops.

Everything will roll out in phases, starting with a Telegram mini app to simplify onboarding, then expanding to mobile, desktop, and web. The company said additional features and ecosystem initiatives are described in its litepaper.

Everything said it was founded by leaders with experience at KuCoin, Alibaba, and Tencent. It also said the platform is designed to provide access across crypto, stocks, and commodities, including leveraged trading, while aiming for more transparent market mechanics and fairer participation standards.

KEY QUOTES

“The problem isn’t that traders lack options. It’s that existing options are fragmented, opaque, and dominated by bots,” said Tim Tsai, CEO of Everything. “We’re building for retail traders who want simplicity, transparency, and fairness. One account. One balance. One set of clear rules. Everything is that venue, and Humanity’s verification ensures it stays fair as we scale.”

“We’re pairing the most authentic voice in retail trading with the leading regulated financial institution in Asia—Hex Trust—and Humanity’s Proof-of-Trust network to guarantee one-person-one-account integrity. Together, we’re building an exchange where the community drives the rules, institutions provide security, and bots have nowhere to hide,” said Terence Kwok, CEO and Founder of Humanity.
