Evolution Credit Partners Management has appointed Nancy Karpf as Managing Director, Capital Formation. The addition strengthens the firm’s investor engagement efforts and positions the company to expand its fundraising reach across institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth channels. Karpf will co-lead fundraising alongside Managing Director Mary Parrinelli as the firm continues to invest in deepening long-term investor relationships.
Karpf brings more than 20 years of experience in alternative investment fundraising and investor relations, most recently serving as a Managing Director at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where she spent over 16 years working across multi-strategy, credit, and real estate platforms. Her career also includes business development roles at Och-Ziff Capital Management and earlier experience at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in investment banking and asset management.
Her appointment follows Evolution’s continued growth since its founding in 2018, after it spun out from Harvard Management Company. The firm manages over $4 billion in credit strategies, encompassing leveraged finance and working capital solutions. Parrinelli, who joined Evolution in 2024, also focuses on expanding relationships across both new and existing investors, following previous roles at Eagle Point Credit Management and Angelo Gordon.
The new Capital Formation leadership structure is designed to support the firm’s expansion and align with rising investor demand for private credit strategies. Karpf noted that Evolution’s collaborative culture and differentiated investment approach position the firm well to capture market opportunities and deliver value for clients.
