Evolve has acquired Vacasa’s Guestworks portfolio in a strategic asset purchase, bringing approximately 1,000 homeowners onto Evolve’s tech-enabled vacation rental management platform. The transaction expands Evolve’s position in the hybrid vacation rental management category. It reflects Casago’s continued focus on property management through its franchise-driven network following its acquisition of Vacasa earlier this year.
The acquisition gives Guestworks homeowners uninterrupted access to Evolve’s cost-efficient model, which blends AI-powered technology with operational support designed to enhance pricing, responsiveness, and performance for owners and guests. Evolve said its platform is structured to deliver greater efficiency than traditional full-service solutions.
Evolve, which has generated more than three billion dollars in rental income for homeowners since 2011, said this transaction strengthens its category presence. The company has hosted over sixteen million guests with an average review score of 4.8 stars across its portfolio.
Casago, which oversees property management services across North America, Belize, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean, said the transition will allow its franchise partners to deepen their focus on full-service, locally managed operations. Nearly 95% of Casago’s U.S. operating partners are Airbnb Superhosts, VRBO Premier Partners, or both.
Both companies emphasized their commitment to ensuring a smooth transition for the Guestworks homeowners and confirmed that coordinated resources will be available during the migration process.
