Evotrex announced that it has raised $30 million in Series A financing, bringing the California-based company’s total funding to $46 million. The round included participation from new investors including GSR United Capital, Forebright Concerto Capital, Unique Capital, Pegasus Capital, TTGG Ventures, ChunJia Capital, and Thundersoft.

The company plans to use the funding to complete final product development, conduct automotive-standard testing and validation, and prepare for production of the Evotrex-PG5 electric RV trailer ahead of planned customer deliveries in 2027.

According to Evotrex, approximately 90% of its order book consists of the fully loaded Premium trim, which is priced at $159,990. The company intends to prioritize this configuration during the initial production phase.

Beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026, Evotrex expects to launch an extensive testing and validation program covering towing and range performance, energy management systems, lateral stability and braking, structural durability, water and rain exposure, and regulatory compliance. The company said the initiative reflects its focus on reliability and safety.

Designed as both an RV and a mobile energy platform, the Evotrex-PG5 integrates onboard power generation, energy storage, and intelligent energy management. Evotrex believes the platform addresses growing demand for off-grid capability and supports applications ranging from recreation and remote work to live events and backup power.

The company said feedback from preorder holders indicates strong interest from traditional pickup truck owners, suggesting demand extends beyond EV enthusiasts. Through a co-creation process with customers and brand ambassadors, Evotrex has incorporated several product enhancements, including modular removable dinette seating, a 72-inch cinema screen, a rear bug screen with an optional enclosed patio system, a new interior theme option, and additional layout improvements.

Evotrex plans to host a larger online co-creation workshop in the third quarter and provide customers with access to an online configurator before manufacturing begins, allowing buyers to customize their trailers prior to finalizing purchase orders.

The company is also seeking dealership partners as it looks to expand its sales and service network while emphasizing a customer-focused ownership experience.
