Exhibitly.ai announced that it has raised €1.4 million in funding to modernize B2B events through AI-powered hyper-personalization technology designed for exhibition and conference attendees.
The company was founded after co-founders Hendrik Franck and Brent identified a major inefficiency in the B2B events industry while evaluating whether attending a conference in Spain justified the travel costs and time commitment. According to the founders, the experience highlighted how difficult it can be for professionals to determine the value of attending an event through traditional event websites.
Exhibitly.ai believes event websites are among the most valuable assets owned by marketing teams because they directly influence attendee conversions for large-scale campaigns. However, the company argues that many event websites fail to effectively personalize information for visitors, resulting in missed conversion opportunities.
The platform addresses this challenge by instantly generating personalized event schedules for website visitors, helping attendees understand why a specific event is relevant to their professional role and interests. The company said its broader vision for the future of event technology extends beyond its current product capabilities.
Following the funding announcement, Exhibitly.ai also revealed plans to expand its team, with hiring underway across engineering, product, marketing, and growth roles.
The investment round included participation from NewSchool.vc, 100IN, Allusion.be, Louis Jonckheere, Tanguy Serraes, Jürgen Degrande, Jeroen De Wit, Guy Serraes, Pieter Vanermen, Wim Vernaeve, Matthias Stevens, Stefaan Rossel, Piet Van Waes, Bernard Rossel, and Arthur Stockman.
